"If we can put aside my general disdain for the insurance industry for a moment, I'd like to say that I had an opportunity to meet Jay Lewis recently and I cannot say enough nice things about him and his staff. He listened to my concerns about my account, agreed to discuss a couple items with his staff that I brought to his attention, and he showed me everything he was doing to try and keep my insurance rates down. It's still not enough to change my perception of the industry, as I find it infuriating that rates are rising between 15-25% every six months, even for good motorists. Alas, insurance is a necessary part of life and at the moment I have yet to find a better agent than Jay in the Columbus, GA area."
